These work for the RD350/350 34mm fork but you have to watch out because online sellers say to cut 1.5" from the spring which I did but my springs were only 16" so I wasn't sure, I ended up calling Chad at Progressive and we decided to cut the spacer to 3/4". The main thing to remember, the spring and or spacer should be the height of the extended fork then you adjust the ride via oil level and thickness. Hope this helps you!!! What's interesting is the outside diameter of the fork is about .92 the inside is .62 the RD stock is .63 and .93 tight fit, but the XS is much smaller matters on the damper rod as the spring sits on a 1/2" crown.
